Using the School’s Channels of Communication
The administration, faculty, and staff of the School will be as responsive as possible to parents, students, and community members. Individuals with ideas, questions, or concerns should seek the most appropriate channels of communication, so their needs can be addressed most quickly.
If a parent or student has a question on School academic programs, policies, or procedures, they should first speak with their classroom teacher. If the question is not resolved, the teacher or parent can speak with the Principal and then the Director. If the question or concern is still not resolved, the parent or student may write to the School Grievance Committee. This committee, composed of a parent, a teacher, and a Board member will meet to make the best collective determination about the area of concern and provide the decision in writing to the parent or student.
Community members with ideas, questions, or concerns should contact the Principal and then the Director.
Who do you contact if you or your child has a question, idea, concern, or problem? The faculty and administration of the School wish to be as helpful and responsive as possible to both parents and students. The School encourages students and parents to seek the most appropriate channels of communication to answer any questions or requests, so that their needs may be quickly and easily met.
