Beginning of the Year Forms & School Calendar

Please return the following forms by AUGUST 31, 2012 to your child's homeroom teacher. All students need to return the BOY forms, AUP, and Media Note. If you do not want your child's work, picture, or projects posted on the internet, please write a letter to your homeroom teacher letting them know.

All students in grades 3-10 need to return the forms mentioned in the first paragraph, as well as, the Student/Parent Laptop Agreement and Laptop Lease to Own Agreement if applicable. Students in grades 3-10 will not have access to the internet until all of the computer agreements have been signed and returned.
